Mahiro was given the opportunity to act after being scouted, his debut happening in 2009 with the stage play “Every Little Thing ’09”. He then went on to star in several TV dramas as well as films, with the 2012 movie “Quartet” his breakrole role as a leading male actor.  He is however, best known for his work in both High School Entrance Exam and as the ‘smiling assassin” – Mitsuzane Kureshima/Kamen Rider Ryugen in Kamen Rider Gaim. As well as screen work, Mahiro still acts on stage with his next project Satomi Hakkenden 2014, which Mahiro acted in the 2012 version.
